Venting Filters
Round & Square Venting Filters
Venting filters are used in a wide range of applications such as de-dusting, venting & mechanical & pneumatic conveying. We offer a Square venting filter as well as a round venting filter as both a cased & insert able filters.
Our Filters are of modular construction to aid with installation in often hard-to-access areas of the plant.
They utilize Common RD72 screw thread filter cartridges which allow for a quick change out & a wide selection of filter media to suit all applications.

Venting Process filters with flexibility in mind
Our Venting Filters can be supplied in either round or square casing styles.
Square cased filters are used in General venting applications as well as bag tipping & conveyor de-dusting.
Round Filters are used in applications that require much higher vacuum pressure and can withstand +/- 0.5 Bar(g) operating pressure.
Both Round & Square venting filters can be equipped with a Fan set for assisted venting of silos, hoppers & conveyors.
Venting filters can be supplied in mild steel painted finishes or stainless steel 304 & 316 for applications requiring high levels of hygiene.
Insertable filter units
Our round & square filters can be supplied without a casing for integration into existing vessels, mixers, or bag tipping stations.
Insertable filters can also be supplied with separate fan sets for assisted venting.
MADE IN THE UK
Fabricated & Assembled
All of our filter units are designed & manufactured in the UK. They are fabricated & assembled in our Tamworth workshop.
Our collectors are designed using Autodesk Inventor & we are able to provide detailed system drawings as well as undertake 3D scans to produce cloud point models.
