Concrete Bagging Extraction

At West Midlands Filtration we love to work with local companies to develop engineered products for difficult processes. We recently supplied a Tempest 4 cartridge collector with HEPA filtration to a concrete additive manufacturer in Tamworth.

The collector was positioned behind a bagging line and was used to extract dust through a slotted hood & Nordfab Ducting system.

The filter unit was designed with a volume flow rate of 6,000 m3/hr and features differential pressure cleaning & polyester PTFE filter cartridges. This installation and commissioning were completed in 2 days just in time for the Christmas shut down.
