Donaldson Unicell C40 for Flour Dust Application
A local bakery contacted West Midlands Filtration after a vehicle collided with their existing dust collector.
We attended site to assess the damage which had been caused and provided a report to the client and the insurer recommending that the filter be replaced as an repair was un-economic.
Drawing on years of experience in the bakery industry we proposed a Donaldson Unicell C40 cartridge dust collector.
The Unicell is an industry proven design that can easily handle flour, sugar & de-panning applications in a powerful but compact footprint.
The dust collector is ATEX certified to handle ST1 Combustible dusts & vent safely outside of the building using the Membrex explosion vent.
The dust collector was installed & commissioned in just two days meaning that the customer had minimal downtime & minimal loss of production.
