Our latest product is a modular horizontal pulse jet filter which has the advantage of packing more filter media into a smaller footprint. Because the cartridges are installed horizontally this allows the filter to grow taller when more filter media is required without sacrificing precious floor space.
The titan filter uses our same modular technology meaning that when your needs change additional modules can be installed to increase airflow & dust handling capabilities. Dust-laden air enters the filter at a high level & is drawn down past the filter cartridges & then deposited into the hopper. The filter can be supplied with any number of accessories including rotary valves, larger bins, access ladders & platforms & HEPA filtration.

Horizontal dust collectors are great for filtering very fine particulate & smoke which often require a low air to cloth ratio to work correctly. Horizontal dust collectors are especially well suited to applications such as Plasma & Laser cutting, Thermal Spray, Powder Weighing, Smoke Extraction & Welding Fume.
A wide range of filter media is available including Nano Fiber Coatings which offer superior dust release with a minimal pressure drop which increases the filter life.

Our modular dust collectors allow for future expansion without incurring large bills to replace & upgrade equipment. Additional modules can easily be added to give larger filter areas without having to replace the entire system. Our system is future-proof & allows total flexibility for the end-user.
Materials handling solutions
With a range of hopper configurations, we offer a range of dust handling solutions to ensure that captured dust stays contained. We are able to supply standard slide gate valves, rotary valves & screw conveyors. Coupled with many bin & bag containment devices we are able to supply a materials handling solution to suit your needs.
Supply only or Turnkey Projects
West Midlands Filtration Ltd is on hand for large turnkey projects as well as supply only dust collectors. Our turnkey solutions will include full system design with 3d models & cad drawings, Installation at the site, Ducting connections & supply of hoods & even electrical control panel installation.

Fabricated & Assembled
All of our filter units are designed & manufactured in the UK. They are fabricated & assembled in our Tamworth workshop.
Our collectors are designed using Autodesk Inventor & we are able to provide detailed system drawings as well as undertake 3D scans to produce cloud point models.
